Looking for Tuition Students

cos.. hubstation internet is 1mbps... and but more speedtest.net review on download speed is 850kpbs... and minimum recommend download speed for mobtv is 1mbps.. very close but can still lag.. so realli need your advise.. on this... your experiances.

question: is mobtv streaming laggy upon using hubstation to access....?
